Localities: We deliver DESMOND courses to those in the Buckinghamshire area, who are registered at an Milton Keynes GP practice. We hold courses at MKUH – we are unable to hold them anywhere else for the time being.

Local Referral Pathway: Referrals received from GPs and Hospitals. Self-referrals will not be accepted due to information we require.

Modules Delivered:

We offer courses for Newly Diagnosed & Foundation patients, these are typically face-to-face though we are trialling online courses and have the option for patients to sign up to MyDESMOND (our online programme for people with Type 2 diabetes).
